Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on cakes or cupcakes once collected or delivered.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be considered in cases where Aly’s Bakery is at fault (e.g., incorrect cake provided).
  • Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of collection/delivery.
  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Change of mind after collection
    • Late collection or non-collection
    • Customer storage/transport issues

Deposits & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Orders cancelled less than 72 hours before collection are not eligible for a refund.
