Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on cakes or cupcakes once collected or delivered.
Refunds
- Refunds will only be considered in cases where Aly’s Bakery is at fault (e.g., incorrect cake provided).
- Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of collection/delivery.
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after collection
- Late collection or non-collection
- Customer storage/transport issues
Deposits & Cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Orders cancelled less than 72 hours before collection are not eligible for a refund.
